With 20+ years of General Contracting experience, All Inclusive Construction can do any job you wish without sacrificing quality. From kitchens to bathrooms, excavation & masonry to decking, additions, new and/or rebuilds, landscapes to hardscapes, custom carpentry to painting, we’ve got you covered!

At All Inclusive Construction and Building, we believe in providing the highest quality and personal service to every job. We are a certified woman owned business. Geraldine Smith, the owner, is the Vice President of Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association. She is also a founding member of the Professional Women in Building Council for Metro and a member of the Remodelers Council.

In 2023, Geraldine became the NJ State Builder delegate for the NAHB Leadership Council. The Leadership Council includes Builder and Associate members who provide direction to the Board of Directors on advocacy issues and industry policy. She has also been recently appointed to the National Remodelers Council and the National PWB Council.
